Our Touch screen kiosks are designed to give personalised health education to patients specific to their own circumstances.They perform a risk assessment of coronary heart disease based on the RISK program for GPs and Nurses (see under software).
As part of the MEDCAL CHD community wide prevention system the can achieve substantial falls in heart attacks in an area.
The Elite is the central model of our self assessment kiosks. It can manage 50+ assessments per day with minimal intervention(paper and ink for printer) It can turn itself on in the morning and off at night if required to conserve power. This model has as footprint designed to make it suitable for most sites.The printer is best in a supervised position if this is not possible a special printer will be required.

The Heart software performs a risk assessment for heart disease including automatic weighing and produces both on screen and personalised life style advice.

The average user take about 10 mins to complete the assessment and the software has been carefully written to enable users from 10 to 90 and from any social group to successful complete the assessment. Sound clues are used to help the user thorough the assessment but do not give any personalised information so it can used in public areas.
