It is the most accurate predication we can make however much is dependent on the individuals reaction to the risk factors so we advise all to look at the life style advice on ways to improve their heart health.

• Simple assessor This gives a quick guide to whether you need a full risk assessment. It does not need any special information. *

• FULL assessment .To complete this you need to be able to enter your blood pressure and cholesterol levels including a.Total cholesterol b. HDL cholesterol(or LDL %) c. Triglycerides. If you do not have this information the simple assessor will tell you if you need to get it and return to do a full assessment.*

• On completing the simple assessor you will be given information on getting your blood pressure and cholesterol results if you need a full assessment.

While we do not put links to any product which we do not believe has research proof of its effectiveness these links do not indicate our recommendation to use the product.
