Getting your cholesterol results

To complete a full assessment you need the following results

• Total cholesterol
• HDL cholesterol or LDL%
• Triglycerides

These can be got from a single blood sample Your health advisor may offer this test any pharmacies can arrange it for you.Testing kit can be bought from pharmacies or by mail order.NB some only offer total cholesterol this is note adequate for our full assessment
